Non-Geographic Numbers
Overview
MX Telecom can offer a Toll-Free 1-800 numbers that encourage contact from both existing and potential customers.
Non-Geographic numbers are available in North America, the UK and several other countries. Irrespective of whichever country the calls originate in, they can be terminated at MX Telecom's IVR System.
Free-Phone Numbers
Using Free-Phone numbers, callers do not pay for the call. The cost of the call is paid for by the service provider.
Non-Geographic Numbering Rate Tariffs and Revenue
MX Telecom offer numbers in the 8 prefix range at the following rates. The revenue share rates below do not include the IVR handing charges of 0.06 USD per minute that are applicable if using the MX Telecom IVR Service.

Account Setup
When setting up a Non-geographic number in conjunction with an IVR Service or SMSIVR Billing Service, MX Telecom suggests sending the full details of the proposed service, including a call flow script, before recording any audio files. MX Telecom can recommend audio recording companies if required.
At any time these voice prompts can be uploaded to the MX Telecom IVR system via the Internet using a fully web-based interface. This can also be used to regularly update the content for a particular IVR Service.
The service charge is 200 USD per month with 0.06 USD per minute fee (based upon billing increments of 0.1 minutes). Depending on the complexity of the service, a set up fee may apply. Lead times are usually 5 - 10 working days.
The MX Telecom IVR System also includes access to a full live online billing system that displays information on system usage statistics.
